Summit Hockey Camp is an off-season high performance hockey training program for boys & girls from 10 to 16 years old. Our hockey program has been developed to enhance over-all hockey skills and bring physical and mental performance to the next level.
In today’s hockey, coaches at all levels are looking for players who can control the game and contribute significantly to the team.
During on-Ice training young players will be developing a combination of necessary skills to thrive on the ice during their hockey season. This includes high explosive, speed and power drills as well as stick han-dling control, not to forget game situation recognition.

Every Saturday our players have a chance to apply their skills and compete in a morning game where we welcome the public and parents.
This part is designed to raise players potential on the ice. The younger group training will be focused on development of the balance, coordination, speed and endurance without use of any weights. The older group will be focused on building muscles, stability and endurance training in order to optimize their speed and mobility once in the rink. Some days all players will be required to partake in the swim-ming pool practices which are mandatory for muscle recovery and reduction of muscle soreness.
